Refund Policy

We always want to make sure that you are entirely satisfied with your order, however sometimes things can go wrong. Please review our refund policy below.

Please ensure you inspect your order against your invoice, artwork visuals and should there be any problems with your order please notify us immediately. You can do this via telephone on 0333 567 1245 or via email at sales@bulkbranded.co.uk. You can either email the person you placed the order with or contact sales directly.

So we can rectify any problems, we may request your order to be returned back to us (this cost must be paid by you) so that we can inspect the goods, so please do not distribute any part of the order.

Once the order has been quality-checked and we have confirmed that either the product or the print is faulty, we will offer to either:

  • a) rerun the faulty portion of the order, or
  • b) give a refund equal to the value of the faulty portion of the order.

Customer (or recipient) must inspect products immediately upon delivery. Visible defects, incorrect items, or quantity discrepancies must be reported within 8 days in writing. Failure to report within 8 days = unconditional acceptance.
